Ride Weekend 27-Mile Route
A loop option for beginner to intermediate Riders, this scenic route will start and finish in downtown New Albany. This route can also be added to any Saturday ride for a fundraising commitment of $3,000.
Your Ride Weekend Timeline
Follow this simple guide for all the important dates and times during Ride Weekend!
Opening Ceremony (Friday, July 31)
- 11:30am-8:00pm: Rider check-in and gift distribution, first aid services, bike storage and maintenance, bag drop-off, and merch sales
- 4:00pm: Gates open
- 4:00-8:00pm: Dinner buffet, beverages, and Partner Expo
- 6:30-7:00pm: Stage program
- 7:00-8:00pm: Headliner performance by Andrew McMahon
Your Ride (Sunday, August 2)
- 7:00am: New Albany Schools opens to provide first aid services, bike maintenance, bag drop-off, and breakfast.
- 8:30am: All 27-mile Riders will depart from New Albany Schools. Please plan to arrive between 7:00 – 7:30am.
- 3:00pm: 27-mile Finish at New Albany Schools closes.

North Bank Park and McFerson Commons (218 West St, Columbus, OH 43215)

On Friday morning, July 31, you will receive a text message with important information you need to check in. Please have this text and your photo ID ready at the Rider Check-In tent.

If you do not receive a text message, don’t worry! Go to the Check-In tent when you arrive and a Volunteer will help you.

High Rollers should check in at the High Roller tent near the entrance to McFerson Commons.

If you are unable to check in and receive your Rider credentials on Friday evening, you may pick up your credentials on Sunday morning at New Albany Schools. Please be sure to arrive on site by 7:30am to allow ample time to pick up your credentials.

If utilizing Ride Day check-in, please email pelotonia@pelotonia.org to coordinate pick up of your Rider gift at Pelotonia HQ following Ride Weekend.
- Please note: 27-mile Riders can NOT drop their bike at the McFerson Commons bike corral on Friday, as bikes will not be transported to the New Albany start. All Riders will need to bring their bike with them to New Albany on Sunday morning.

- Before Ride Weekend, please review all Safety & Training Resources. Remember, you are responsible for knowing and following the Rules of the Road!
- All Riders should know how to change their tire and be prepared with the needed parts and tools to do so. Check out our Safety & Training Resources to prepare yourself!
- Helmets are required and must be worn at all times while riding.
- If you need support for any reason from SAG (Support and Gear) vehicles, Volunteers, or Pelotonia staff during Ride Weekend, please call or text 1-855-889-RIDE (7433).
Free surface lot parking will be available at New Albany Schools. Please refer to our map for additional information.

Announcements will be made calling Riders into the holding area 15 minutes before their scheduled start time.

Your cooperation is key to making the start of Pelotonia safe and enjoyable for everyone. If you do not leave with the organized start to which you are assigned, you will be proceeding at your own risk.

Please do not put yourself and your fellow Riders in danger by violating these rules. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Bring at least one water bottle with you.

Do not rely on thirst to guide your hydration, because thirst kicks in only after you are already becoming dehydrated.

2026 Ride Weekend Parking Pass
Use this parking pass to access free parking in the noted Arena District garages by scanning the QR code upon entry and exit to these garages. If you choose to park in a different lot or garage, you are responsible for all necessary payment and adhering to all restrictions.
