Ride Weekend Routes
24 Miles
A great route for cyclists of all experience levels with our shortest mileage and smallest elevation climb. Riders will start in Downtown Columbus and conclude at New Albany Schools.
30 Miles
A loop option for beginner to intermediate Riders, this route starts and finishes at New Albany Schools, passing through Johnstown before returning. This route can be added to any Saturday route for a total fundraising commitment of $3,000.
50 miles
Ideal for intermediate Riders with some training under their belt, this route has Riders start in Downtown Columbus and finish in New Albany at Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
63 Miles
Starting in New Albany, Riders will visit historic Granville, traverse through Newark and Bladensburg, and finish with some hills on their way to Gambier. This route will feature options for Riders to add additional elevation and miles if they choose!
100 miles
Beginning in Downtown Columbus, Riders will pass through Granville, Newark, and Bladensburg on their way to finishing in Gambier. This route will feature options for Riders to add additional elevation & miles if they choose!
153 Miles
This challenging 2-day option includes a New Albany-Gambier 63-mile course on Saturday and a 90-mile Gambier-New Albany return route on Sunday.
190 miles
This challenging 2-day option includes a Downtown Columbus-Gambier 100-mile ride on Saturday and a 90-mile Gambier-New Albany return on Sunday.
Gravel Day Routes
11 miles
Want to try out gravel riding? This introductory loop route includes a mix of paved and gravel roads but will challenge you with an elevation gain of 900 feet. Riders should be sure to properly prepare prior to Gravel Day to ensure a great experience!
25 miles
Winding through the hills of Athens County, this loop route is an exciting challenge for all Riders, with a total elevation gain of over 1,600 feet. Riders should be sure to properly prepare prior to Gravel Day to ensure a great experience!
48 miles
Riding through the hills of Athens County, this loop route is a true adventure and very challenging option for experienced Riders. This ride will feature multiple sections of climbing with a total elevation gain of over 4,200 feet.
trail run/hike
Gravel Day’s newest adventure features a 3.5-mile looped route through the scenic Snow Fork Event Center property. Runners and Hikers can complete the course as many times as they wish between 10am to 2:30pm.
