Founded in 2012 by Rockbridge, RTRX has grown through a partnership between Rockbridge, Pelotonia, and the Columbus Partnership. Held annually in Columbus, Ohio, in partnership with Ride Weekend, this four-day immersive leadership experience convenes attendees from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
RTRX primes optimists for action and believes that together, we can solve seemingly unsolvable problems. 100% of RTRX proceeds benefit Pelotonia, with more than $7.2 million invested to date.

RTRX 2024 Highlights
RTRX 2024 focused on our ability to shape tomorrow to solve problems and create a world full of hope, curiosity, and conversation.
Nearly 1,000 RTRX attendees came from 377 companies and across 28 U.S. states, and included various levels of experience, from college students to CEOs.
Keynote speakers included experts, innovators, and changemakers in their field, including: Tucker Bryant, Jimmy Chin, Michelle Gethers, and Damon West.
A curated selection of masterclasses offered hands-on workshop sessions on leadership, AI, personal branding, managing stress, and more.
Pelotonia CEO Joe Apgar and Anil Parwani, MD, PhD, MBA, professor and chair of the Department of Pathology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, delivered a keynote celebrating the impact of Pelotonia funding on cancer research breakthroughs and the future of detection and treatment through digital pathology.
Attendees also enjoyed a “Leadership Lessons” masterclass moderated by Pelotonia Vice Chair Doug Ulman with former Ohio State head football coach Jim Tressel.
Within the RTRX Super Peloton, RTRX’s HI-Impact Campaign engaged 46 hotel properties across the country to raise $315,000 for cancer research.
