PARKING & ARRIVAL
All guests who are attending the Friday Night Community Gathering, including all camping guests, should enter Snow Fork at the main property entrance. At the fork in the road once inside the venue, camping guests should continue to the left for campsite check-in, and all other guests should continue to the right and follow signage for event parking.
EVENT DAY | October 4
PARKING & ARRIVAL
All participants, Volunteers, and guests arriving to Gravel Day on Saturday will utilize the auxiliary entrance to Snow Fork Event Center (located near
5879 Happy Hollow Road, Nelsonville, OH 45764) to access the venue.
No vehicular traffic will be allowed into the main entrance on Saturday after 8:15am for the safety of Riders.
If you arrive to the main entrance of Snow Fork after this time, parking attendants will direct you to continue south on Happy Hollow Road, following event signage to the secondary entrance.
SAFETY
Before Gravel Day, determine if you need to have your bike tuned up and review the Rules of The Road and safety resources at
www.pelotonia.org/safety All Riders should know how to change their tire and be prepared with the needed parts and tools to do so.
Helmets are required and must be worn at all times while riding.
Be mindful of terrain throughout the Run/Hike course, including roots, rocks, and other obstacles.
Be alert and never leave the marked course.
SAG (Support and Gear) vehicles, Volunteers, and Pelotonia Team Members will be available throughout the day to provide you with assistance.

CHECK-IN & CREDENTIAL PICK-UP
Participant Check-In will take place in the morning on Saturday, October 4.
After parking, each participant should proceed to Check-In with a driver’s license or other photo ID to receive their Credentials. Please plan to arrive at the start location between 7:00am and 7:30am to ensure you have enough time to check in and enjoy the provided breakfast.
All participants completing both a cycling route and the Trail Run/Hike will receive credentials for each event at check-in. You may wear your Run/Hike bib throughout the day, or may apply this bib upon completion of your cycling route and before entering the Run/Hike course.
Participants who did not complete Ride Weekend will receive their participant gift at Check-In.
START INFORMATION
All 11-Mile Riders will depart from Snow Fork Event Center at 9:30am.
All Riders should plan to arrive at the start venue no earlier than 7:00am, and no later 8:30am.
All Riders must start the Ride at the official start location. Law enforcement and support vehicles will be timed with the riders who participate in the organized start.
Your cooperation is key to making the start of Pelotonia safe and enjoyable for everyone. If you do not leave with the organized start, you will be proceeding at your own risk.
Please do not put yourself and your fellow Riders in danger by violating these rules. Thank you in advance for your cooperation
RUN/HIKE COURSE
The run/hike course will be open from 10:00am-2:30pm, and all participants may complete the course as many times as desired within this time frame. Please note that no participants will be able to enter the course after 2:30pm.
Upon completion of your cycling route, you may begin the run/hike course, entering by following signage near the run/hike truss. Please rack your bike, ensure your run/hike bib is attached to the front of your body, and feel free to enter the run/hike course any time before 2:30pm!
The course will be marked with Pelotonia flags, barricade tape, and signage. Please follow all signage carefully and never leave the marked course for the safety of all.
REST STOPS & HYDRATION
On the 11-mile cycling route, there will be a rest stop at approximately mile 6.
The Trail Run/Hike course will feature a rest stop at approximately mile 2.
Drinks, food, and first aid assistance will be available.
The same resources will also be available at Snow Fork for Runners and Hikers to refuel before starting additional laps.

quick guide for tips on staying hydrated and energized throughout your ride.
Family and friends are not permitted at any Pelotonia rest stops to ensure participant safety. Please invite your family and friends to join you at the Finish Line celebration.
It is critically important to avoid dehydration by drinking water and sports drinks throughout the day.
Bring at least one water bottle with you.
Do not rely on thirst to guide your hydration, because thirst kicks in only after you are already becoming dehydrated.
OPTIONAL BAILEY'S TRAIL EXTENSION
Riders on all three routes will have the option to add a short stretch on the Bailey’s single-track trail system.
This is an advanced route option that is completely optional and will add approximately half a mile to the route of any Riders who choose to take it.
To opt in to the extension, please carefully follow signage posted at the route split, which takes place at approximately mile 4 on the 11-mile route.
FINISH INFORMATION
The Finish Line Celebration will take place at
Snow Fork Event Center and will include meal options, plenty of beverages, awesome live entertainment, and the chance to celebrate your physical and fundraising accomplishments with the Pelotonia community! Every participant’s wristband will provide access to food, beverages, and all the amenities at Snow Fork and we look forward to celebrating with you!
