Public Health Buckeyes

In support of the Pelotonia bike ride, OSU College of Public Health Dean Stanley Lemeshow created this peloton as a way to show support for the event and, of course, to help support cancer research.

Many professors in the College of Public Health are conducting cancer research. One professor is leading a team of researchers who are testing ways to improve colorectal cancer screening participation among patients age 50 and older. Another CPH professor is studying prevention of oral cancer through natural food products such as berries.

Here at the College of Public Health, we recognize the efforts campus-wide to fight cancer and find the cure. Join us on our peloton as we support Pelotonia and the important research at the James.
