I am riding for my father, Waymon Fowler, who everyday faces his diagnosis with an amazing amount of faith, courage, grace and yes, sometimes humor. This man is my hero.
I am riding to thank the doctors, nurses, aides and staff at The Ohio State University Medical Center. I know that I could never repay you sufficiently for the expertise, care and consideration that you afforded my dad. By participating in this ride, raising awareness, and money, for cancer research, I hope that this is a way that I can show my gratitude and pay it forward.
